Venue Guide subscriber-exclusive preview
I came up with the idea a year ago; unexpected forces have helped me get a test version to you
I promised it was coming this year... and it did!
Almost a full year ago, I pontificated with you about something called a venue guide, among other things. The idea was to made a different product than the gig list, to do something that the gig list can't do.
You see, the gig list has a lot of people's names and times at venues. But what if you (or your friends who might like to hear jazz once in a while) don't know who those people or venues are?
Enter the venue guide – a PDF and webpage that I can make each quarter, rounding up the venues in our scene and providing basic information about them.
